Before writing a project, consider the following: a project is written in past tense and you must have a working system that you have developed so that you can document on that.

CHAPTER 4

SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

4.0 INTRODUCTION

Give a discussion on the final working of a system. Explain all the system features that you were able to develop towards solving the problem domain. State the sample size that you will use to collect data.

4.1 SYSTEM INTEGRATION

For this part provide a screenshot of the home page/main page of the system. And give explanation on how the user can navigate around the system.

4.2 SYSTEM OUTPUT

4.2.1 Administrator

Here you are needed to take the reader through the backend of the system all the features, functionalities roles of the administrator towards the system being developed. Provide screenshot of all the process from login to logout. Label all the screenshots according to chapters and give a brief explanation of the screenshots on what is going on that screen.

4.2.2 User

After elaborating all the system functions of the admin using screenshots you will do the same for the user, give screenshots of how the system is working from the frontend view take the reader through all the process from registration to logout. Label all the screenshots according to chapters and give a brief explanation of the screenshots on what is going on that screen.

4.3 SYSTEM TESTING

4.3.1 Test plan

Based on the questions asked from the questionnaire conduct analysis of the questionnaire by using tables and graphs to show all the types of testing that the researcher has conducted in the data collection process. Here you can add comments and reviews that the users will give in the questionnaire.

4.3.2 Enhancement

From the analysis of the questionnaire and user response the researcher will receive feedback from the users on what features and functions on the system should be improved or developed towards solving the problem.  

CHAPTER 5

CONCLUSION

5.0 SYSTEM REQUIREMENT

The researcher has to clearly state and explain all the modules that he/she was able to develop towards solving the problem domain. He has to discuss all the front-end and back-end features that was implemented.

5.1 SYSTEM CONSTRAINT

For this part if the researcher was not able to satisfy some system requirements he has to elaborate them, what modules were not able to develop and why.

5.2 FUTURE ENHANCEMENT

Here based on the analysis of the questionnaire and the user’s feedback on what to improve has to be outlined. And state how it will be improved in the future.

5.3 CONCLUSION
