HOW TO DO ANALYSIS OF QUESTIONNAIRE

After you are done setting questions, each question asked should be analyzed according to the response from the respondents.

At this point you should have a sample size on which you will collect data from.

Another point to note is that do not do analysis of SECTION A where by the respondents give personal details.

Below is a sample questionnaire from which i will do analysis from.

The researcher used a sample size of 20 from which the above analysis was concluded. 15 out of 20 respondents stated that labels that were integrated in registration form easily personate the users 18 out of 20 respondents found out that it was easy to register new users while 3 out of 20 experienced some difficulty during the registration process.

Based on the sample size of 20 the researcher drawn the following conclusion on the login module, 17 out of 20 respondents stated that the login process was simple and easy since it only needs a valid username and password. While 3 out of 20 respondents experienced some difficulty on the login process.

From the sample size of 20 the following has been analyzed on types of errors experienced during the registration and the login process. 6 out of 20 respondents reviewed that the system displayed errors when the user inputs wrong data variables in the text fields this was essential since the system clearly accepts the right data types. On wrong username and password during the login process 5 out of 20 respondents were denied access into the system since they input wrong usernames and passwords this was essential since the system has full implemented the access controls where by non-registered members cannot have access into the system.  10 out of 20 registered users experienced no errors since they input the right credentials to the system.

Above is the demonstration on how to do analysis of the questionnaire, that was just one module discussed the researcher has to discuss and draw analysis of all the features and functionalities developed in the system based on the area of study.

The tools that can be used to do analysis is Microsoft word and excel.
